Job Description:
- Responsible for planning and executing campus hiring strategies for Ekart - Supply Chain Operations.
- Managing end to end Ekart Campus - from college tie ups to student selection to managing internships to final joining - processes.
- Managing execution of all marketing, branding programs & engagement initiatives across campuses and building on to more such initiatives for Ekart to be considered as an employer of choice amongst the target group of talent.
- Will be responsible for delivering as per plan for the entire campus cycle delivery as per scheduled timelines.
- Will be responsible for engaging and maintaining the overall campus engagement across a wide spectrum of graduate Program - Launchpad and post graduate college Program - FlipCamp
- Responsible for working with multiple stakeholders across the organisation at all levels catering to multiple agendas and meeting demanding time frames.
- Will be required to undertake travel through the year for campus hiring activities as well as for branding activities.
- Ensuring minimum dropout % of the selected students.
- Designing of L&D interventions for the Campus students to fasten and smoothen their assimilation.
Job Specifications:
- Strong planning & project management skills.
- Proficient in MS office, proficiency with applicant tracking systems
- Strong networking and relationship development skills both with multiple internal stakeholders as well as external stakeholders and partners.
- Knowledge of the local market, the business, recruiting processes, branding.
- Ability to prioritize in a fluid, fast paced environment on a need basis.
- Someone having experience in big number hiring (600 to 2000) from Tier- 2 and 3, B- Schools and Engineering Colleges
Education:
Graduate or PG with 7-10 years of overall experience and at-least 3-6 years of campus hiring experience.
