Roles &amp; Responsibilities - - Experience &amp; expertise in developing sound training setup from - Training need assessment/identification, - Preparing training calendar, training coordination, training delivery &amp; measurement of training effectiveness- - Understanding of the comprehensive - Training Cycle- from Objective setting, Execution, to Evaluation. - Expertise in - Content Development- with several modules/events designed by self are replicated at national level - Expertise in Motivational &amp; Soft Skills of Communication, negotiation skills &amp; Leadership trainings - Expertise in handling all modules and levels of Training - Expertise in capabilities building of internal &amp; external Team. - Content development to make the training module more customized as per the business needs. Coach and Mentor L&amp;D team of L&amp;D Coordinators and Trainers. - Design and development of the Manager and Leadership Development Program. - Partner with Business &amp; HRBP to identify Skill Gap, Talent Development etc Competencies Required : - Willing to work with Ambiguous, Dynamic, and fast paced environment. Willingness to experiment, innovate and prototype. - Should have good Coaching and Mentoring Skills. Experience of designing and delivering a variety of training solutions. - Should have a good understanding of the L&amp;D lifecycle and have proven expertise in implementing the same. - Experience in collaborating across teams, levels of management, stakeholders management and Influence without authority. - Experience in employee survey action planning, execution and driving change management. - Experience of partnering with third parties, ability to coach, and influence team members. - A strong communicator, both in writing and spoken communications. Articulate and confidently delivering to large audiences. - Organized, a self-starter and an inspirational leader of your team, Hands on, team player and can-do attitude. - High energy, positive, deadline-driven, dependable with an ability to deliver results with aggressive deadlines. - Have good problem solving acumen with the ability to influence people and drive results while building long term positive and Collaborative Relationship. - Very good communication skills. Verbal and written confidence in all areas related to communication. - Strong analytical bent of mind, with an ability to analyze data for trends.
