This Role is primarily responsible for New initiatives to reduce Damages, Improve RTO re-inventorization, improve prexo experience, Prexo reassess scale up, OBD (Open box Delivery) scaleup. Role requires a deep understanding of the E-commerce supply chain and People skills. It will be Challenging, Demanding and will also give rare opportunity to work in heavy volumetric supply chain in a well established company What you'll do: - RTO RI Improvement: - Drive Damage reduction initiatives with Linehaul, LM Ops and DC Ops - OBD (Open box delivery) scale up - Identify and drive New initiatives to improve Re-inventorization Prexo Experience: - Prexo reassess scale up - Prexo detractor analysis and improvement in the experience Continuous Improvement: - Drive new initiatives for continuous improvement and sustainability - Aligning initiatives/targets with zonal and central stakeholders along with delivery timelines What you'll need: - B.E. + MBA in Supply chain and Operations Preferred - 3-7 years of work experience in Operations/Logistics - Sound knowledge of logistics operations - Excellent data analytics skills - Good Stakeholder and Team Management skills
