- Daily / Weekly /Monthly and Qtly meetings with internal stake holders and Clients
- Provision of Monthly demand for planning
- Ensure all business operations are within the company compliance
- Stakeholders management
- Working closely with legal team for all Business agreements
- Brand Product improvement by suggesting the changes in design
- Managing the Key accounts of all business
- Reconciliation of accounts and payments
- Monthly /Quarterly visits to all brands and clients for maintain healthy relationship and improvement
- Managing overall PAN INDIA Operations /Business and Brands
