Require qualified CA

- Ensuring proper statutory documentation for all movement of goods between various locations

- Ensure the relevant SOP are prepared and implemented for ensuring logistic compliance

- Ensure to release the seized goods by taking-up with relevant checkpost, investigation authorities, etc

- Appear before various statutory authorities on behalf of company

- Ensure to collect the necessary statutory forms and permits periodically with the help of consultants

- Ensure to file periodical returns, payments, etc with the of consultants

- Ensure to provide necessary information to the department in co-ordination with Corporate tax team & consultants

- Ensure smooth closure by handling department officials during their inspection, raid, etc

- Updating and maintain necessary statutory registers at Hub/WH

- Taking necessary action against the notice from any dept with the help of corporate and local consultants

- Support with necessary documents, registers for Vat audit, annual assessments - Permit reco, input documents, etc

- Should have handled VAT/CST/Entry tax related to indirect taxation for atleast 5 years

- Should be from a Retail or FMCG industry

- Should have strong working knowledge in ERP environment (Oracle)

- Strong analytical skills with problem solving.
