Job Description
- Manage end-to-end operational relationships with the assigned sellers who want to list for imports and deliver & maintain a high seller experience at all times through analytical thinking, problem-solving and ownership.
- To be abreast of Govt regulations wrt Imports into India and initiate changes to process to remain compliant.
- Manage workforce to execute day to day activities of the process and operations. Actively contribute and lead process-level improvement ideas to provide enhanced customer experience.
- Deliver on set objectives within assigned timelines and capability to get into details as well as have a broader view of operations.
- Work with internal teams and stakeholders to resolve all open issues within defined timelines.
- Look at building product capabilities to reduce effort on transactional and tactical tasks.
- Regular site reviews and seller visit to ensure relationship building.
- Onboarding new sellers as a scale-up process and also ensuring seller hand holding until such time the seller is able to manage independently
- All other duties as assigned.
Requisite Skills -
- Minimum 3-4 years of work experience as Manager in Market place operations. Additional knowledge of Working Capital management will be an added advantage.
- Bachelor's / Masters in any discipline
- Excellent written & verbal communications skills
- Advanced computer skills using a variety of programs highly desired
- Analytical bend, understand data, identify trends and infer action plans. Ability to handle ambiguous situations.
- Deliver performance from a group of agents, improve processes, monitor performance, team management, etc.
- Should be analytical and process oriented
- Understanding and work under pressure in a high-volume processing environment and consistently meeting standards for productivity and quality.
Communication:
Ability to communicate in different situations, clarity of thoughts, ability to effectively communicate with different people
Logical Thinking/Analytical ability:
Able to see the logic in arguments, back any argument with data, ability to identify problem areas and recommend solutions, able to analyze root causes for issues
Leadership:
Ability to get things done through the team, prioritization and delegation of responsibilities, act as a mentor, develop process skills in the team, maintain composure in demanding situations, maintain cordial working environment for the team, motivate the team, and drive for results
Stakeholder Management:
Manage working relationships with different teams, maintain timely and appropriate communication with all stakeholders, end to end closure of any open items
