Are you someone who enjoys working with leadership teams to bring about change in the way

organizations function, so they become more contemporary and competitive? This role is for

you if:

- You're an HR postgrad and It's been 8-12 years since you have entered the world of

work

- You have worked in operational HR roles, covering the employee lifecycle and you have

been in an HR Business Partnering role. Hands on HRBP experience is something we

are looking for where individual plays a role of expert to advise and support Operations

on strategic issues and help them implement high-performing, integrated human

resources practices.

B. Team Management

Candidate will be responsible to manage team of 3-4 Employees and 4 contractual.

C. Role and Responsibility

- Align business practice with people to drive effective performance. Identify, analyze, scale and implement best practices suited for the organization through effective HR.

- Should have good understanding of fair labor practices & be able to comprehend and execute the provisions of various labor laws.

- Should have hand on experience of handling employee life cycle.

- Accountable for managing the mid-level recruitment function for FCMH operations from search, selection, assessment and on boarding activities.

- Develop effective partnership with employees, managers and ensure positive work environment. Create a robust employee network.

HUMAN RESOURCE BUSINESS PARTNER :

NORTH SUPPLY CHAIN :

- Be an active mentor and coach for Junior and mid management on people and business practices.

- Coach Hub leaders and managers on people management and HR challenges.

- Work towards enhancing business performance through efficient business partnering.

- Look for ways to proactively improve & enhance processes.

- Be the guardian of change management - for changes that have any people implications.

- Evaluate potential employee challenges and address proactively to enhance employee satisfaction.


- Develop and nurture professional relationship with peers, colleagues, business, and senior leaders and build effective employee engagement strategy.

- Create effective analytical tools & reports to analyze employee information.


- Enable managers & leaders with proactive solutions to address people challenges and foster positive work environment.

- Identify HR intervention needs, create appropriate programs, actively participate in HR interventions & projects, and ensure timely completion.

- Manage available resources effectively and promote HR capabilities. Collaborate effectively with all stake holders within HR organization and should have Strong Leadership Abilities.

- Passion to lead a successful and challenging work environment

- Strong Bias for Impact Based Action - Flipkart works at a very rapid pace and this is what would be expected

- Manage HR budget for the FC and look for ways to improve ROI of the overall function
