Experience Required: 5+ Years Education - MBA (Full time) Region - Karnataka No of positions: 2 Roles &amp; Responsibilities: - This role will work closely with the business leaders to drive the talent charter for business to ensure high engagement levels and differentiated results, especially with a large group of stakeholder management and demonstrated ability to influence. - Ability to collaborate with outside the function to drive results. - Business Acumen - An ability to understand the business metrics / key drivers to drive appropriate decisions / actions / action that lead to business results. - An ability to think outside the box . - HR Business partnering for central teams and business leaders to understand the talent priorities and drive actions to address the same. - Work with the TA team to drive hiring and ensure manpower requirement is met as per AOP - Own &amp; drive the performance process for the team, in partnership with the business. - Oversee the new employee induction and onboarding. - Implement and drive HR programs and in some cases also act as a SPOC for certain critical HR processes. - Drive adherence to HR process, metrics and plan - Act as a go to person for business managers and teams on organizational policy matters - Driving employee engagement agenda for their teams they support - Employee relations: Handling critical incidents, managing 2nd level of escalations - Ensuring statutory compliance for respective location - Drive synergies with the Zonal HR leads on HR priorities.
