Flipkart - Manager - Grocery Warehouse Operations

- Manage & Guide the stakeholders and vendors /partners who are part of the last mile operations.

- Responsible for the metrics related to last mile operations in the city.

- Build team and mentor the team members to execute the last mile operations.

- Understand the agreements with vendors and partners and execute the agreed standards through managing and guiding the partners.

- Able to understand the operation metrics and operation resource planning models for ensuring the smooth execution of spike in sales.

- Implement the safety standards at best and ensure there is proper culture building to provide a safe work environment to the team.

- Able to assess and monitor customer experience parameters in Last mile operations and enable the team to provide the best customer experience to customers.
