Flipkart Wholesale is the Ecommerce Platform wherein Retailers & Kirana stores-Small to Medium sizes can buy products across different product categories such as Grocery, Fashion etc. The orders would be fulfilled through Flipkart Supply chain network. Flipkart wholesale is the business unit of Flipkart group

2. About the team

This role will be part of the Supply Chain Central Operations team for FKW (Flipkart Wholesale). Operations team owns the Cost effective and Reliable delivery of Supply chain objectives. Team builds up the Operations & Infra capabilities through internal business partners such as Finance, Infra Project, Design etc

4. About the role: This Role is primarily for managing entire central operations for Flipkart wholesale. Role requires a deep understanding of the E-commerce supply chain along with a knack for solving complex problems in a fast paced environment. It will be challenging, demanding and will also give you a rare opportunity to work in startup environment in a well established company. In grocery B2B operations, the focus is on creating lasting customer value through unique service offerings like 100% next-day delivery, vast selection and ease of ordering.

4.1. What you'll do:

- E2E Ownership for Key metrics related to Grocery Business of Flipkart Wholesale

- Coordination across various legs of Supply Chain to highlight and solve key issues

- Ability to convey and influence diverse stakeholders with good data visualization and storyboarding

- Coordination with Tech /Product team to solve day to day tech and operational issues

- Managing a team of 2-3 leads and guiding them

- Coordination across key stakeholders such as Planning, Design and 3P providers and working closely with them to ensure operational effectiveness

- Analyzing large scale operational data and driving meaningful insights from the same for operational improvement

- Deep understanding of supply chain and e-commerce processes.

- Critical thinking to evaluate process failures and drive RCA process with rigour

- Ownership of key customer facing metrics such as Speed, Breach and CX

- Program management during festive peaks

- Steer the aggressive expansion plans of Fk Wholesale

4.2 What you'll need:

- B.E. + MBA in Supply chain and Operations Preferred

- 3-8 years of work experience in Operations/Logistics

- Sound knowledge of logistics Operations

- Excellent data analytics skills

- Sound Knowledge of SQL and Database Query Tools
