What you'll do :

- Customer understanding: Be the voice of the customer internally

- Strong business ownership & value creation - enjoys delivering results & coming up with incremental growth levers for the category

- Work closely with cross-functional teams within Flipkart as well as 3rd party partners to align synergies in every conversation, create new growth drivers and foster existing growth levers to achieve grocery business objectives of new customer acquisition

- Form a view, innovate & iterate on various constructs related to the business model (minimum order value, free shipping, basket offers) & customer acquisition

- Own the continuous development of a set of performance (cost-per-order based) marketing channels

- Own, set-up and track output metrics for each project (GMV upside, Adoption, ROI

What you'll need :

- Stakeholder management (collaborative), Program management (planning & execution) with strong sense of numbers & analytical thinking

- Finds the category interesting and really enjoys delivering results

- Passion for business growth levers, stakeholder management, creating synergies, negotiation skills

- Business & Analytical Thinking, Execution Excellence

- Program management skills

- Good business understanding, ability to derive from insight to business recommendation

- Proactive, self-starter & highly motivated to deliver results.
