About the role: This opening is for the Value recovery Team in Flipkart, which works towards reducing Cost of Returns, by maximizing value recovery from Returns and supporting the business initiatives like buybacks & exchange Programs run by Flipkart for its customers on products. This team is also responsible for liquidation of Slow Moving & Non Promisible products via B2B Channel. The candidate will be responsible for leading Business/Vendor Development & Sales of the Grocery & Slow moving products across categories, through Pricing and driving Process improvements across the value chain. Requirements: - Responsible for business development and increasing the base of vendors , Improve business scale and consistency with existing vendor base for Grocery & Slow Moving products across categories - Create Value recovery as a differentiated service with a competitive edge, Experiment and explore opportunities which help in complementing the Forward sales for FK - Build and create vendor partnerships which can anchor and stabilize the function deliverable - Work towards process transformation projects - Work closely with cross functional teams on execution ownership & excellence - Collaborate and manage Stakeholders with both strategic and operational view. Desired skills and experience: - Education: MBA (Marketing/Operations) From Tier 1 - FMCG/Grocery experience/background will have an edge - 4-5 Years of Experience in Sales/Business Development/Vendor Management - Action Oriented/Impact Driven - Strong Analytical and communication skills
