Today, Shopsy has over 2.5 lakh sellers on the platform who provide 150 million products for customers across India Role & Responsibility: - Be a strategic partner to the leadership team, work closely with Growth, Category and Product to define the creative roadmap - Own end to end Creative Delivery. Have a deep understanding of campaign & business objectives and translate to design goals - Lead the overall design vision that enhances our experience, for all channels & platforms. Define design language and ensure that is followed over long term - Build and lead a talented and high-performing team of designers and copy-writers with a passion for developing others, and setting up the team for overall success. - Cultivate a collaborative environment for great design by helping with team processes like conducting design reviews, best practices in the industry, etc. - Lay down the processes and SOPs for smooth coordination with cross functional teams - Understand the creative performance data and come up with improvisation based on that for next set of campaigns - Lead a talented team to achieve the best in class Campaigns, Landing pages, on platform/ out platform communication across channels Desired Experience: 5+ years of experience managing and growing a team of designers, preferably in internet industry - 10+ years of Design experience in consumer internet/ FMCG/ Retail industry Should have an idea about media management, brand metrics and planning and managing ATL camapigns and measuring success - Should have diverse experience across Digital, Print and Motion design - Degree or equivalent in Design Graduate, or Arts or any other related field - Exceptional interpersonal, collaborative, and creative problem-solving skills - Strong understanding of design processes; knowledge of what is possible and what will be hard to achieve and/or implement in a digital environment. - Expertise in producing relevant deliverables, including detailed requirements, wireframes, and prototypes that represent campaign experience etc. - Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal - are absolutely critical. Must be able to evangelize the vision for the brand and its projects. - Broad, in-depth knowledge of User Experience and Visual Experience. Areas of expertise in marketing design, creative thinking and leadership is a must - Is highly organized and can break down complex problems into consumable and actionable pieces for others. - Able to conceptualize, create, and implement concepts using various tools and technologies. - Should have a deep portfolio that demonstrates creative excellence in bringing major campaigns and products to life. - Good to have- Proficient in using Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, and motion graphics
