- Conduct training on new process, New joiners (Inductions) and Refresher.

- Must Facilitate soft skills

- Should be good at execution of training programs

- To undertake ongoing training and development in the delivery and support of training and learning to ensure delivery is effective and efficient.

- Ensuring all our customer needs (Internal & External) are promptly and efficiently met.

- Ensuring effective achievement of process implementation and process adherence.

- To deliver effective training as per agreed timelines.

- To champion the process training at all levels.

- Responsible for publishing weekly training calendar and timely completion of training as per plan.

- Conduct process training for new hires, up skill training for existing/new verticals/categories or refresher trainings. Thorough knowledge of warehouse functioning processes. (Classroom training and on the job trainings)

- Adherence to Training SOP.

- Knowledge of Content Development an added advantage.

- Facilitate and conduct periodic refresher trainings on processes.

- Ability to update self on new processes and master the same.

- Maintain and share training reports on time. Maintain records of results for training and retraining programs.

- Obtain Feedback from Participants and maintain a record of the Feedback Scores.

- Ability to work effectively as a member of a dynamic team.

- Demonstrate Excellent Platform Skills.

- Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English.

- Excellent presentation, organizational, and planning skills.

- Knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and Google apps (Spread Sheet, documents, Google forms etc) is desirable.

- Understanding of training methodologies & adult learning principles.

- Strong Communication. English, Hindi and local language, Written & Spoken. Ability to communicate in more than three languages would be an added advantage.
