Flipkart - Inventory Planning Operations

Senior Opening

- He will run the daily Inventory Planning Operations for Flipkart across categories handling a team size of 10-12 members including Managers. He will also be the "Change the Business" leader who has ability to analyse problems and propose solutions to improve the overall health of Inventory Planning.

- He has to interact with functions like Cateogry management, Warehouse, Procurement and Finance on a routine basis to ensure the information availability and quick actions. He/She should have a strong negotiation skill and ability to influence without authority. He/She will be strong with Process Optimisation and should have great comfort to deal with numbers. He/She will be working on quick projects focussed on improving metrices which are critical to the leadership team. He will be leading a small team of 3 to 5 Analysts

Minimum Requirements

Education : Engineering + MBA (mandatory) , Tier 1 only

- Knowledge : Planning, Inventory, Analytics, Supply Chain, Operations, ERP, Business Process Management, BPR, BPI

- Very Strog Decision maker at Operational level, Good Negotiation Skills, Problem Solving, Dealing with Ambiguity,Prior experience with Laarge retailer, Business Analytics, SQL
