Responsibilities :  - Ensure compliance with all Rules & Regulations and Filings applicable to the NBFC  - Work closely with Business Heads in designing most appropriate financial products for the intended target consumers.  - Help identify key partnerships/alliances to help build an ecosystem  - Draft, review, negotiate, execute contracts, Non-Disclosure Agreements, Master Service Agreements, Statement of Works, Licensing Agreements, IPR related documents and other legal documents pertaining to the NBFC  - Develop framework to measure and audit process, policy and product compliance for lending and insurance  - Represent Business in interactions with regulators along with FK legal/compliance team  - Drafting and standardizing all legal documents of treasury, business and all other documents relating to the company.  - Provide legal solution/ remedies to the Business Team to mitigate the risk involved in the business transactions  - Liaise with external legal consultants for specific cases / issues/ contracts/ documentations/ legal advisory services as required and review the work done by them  - Facilitation and dispute resolution by recording and monitoring of all claims, disputes, notices etc. with respect to a contract, and collaboration with related teams, for resolution of the same.  - Prepare/review all internal documents related to loans/agreements/associations including Project related/Loans/Financial Documents  - Monitoring and Governance of Contracts  Competencies :  - Thorough understanding of new age NBFC   - Comprehensive 360 degree view to consumer/SME - lending   - Should be able to understand the legal/compliance eco-system in the lending business and should be able to coordinate with product/risk team for proper drafting of agreements/ MOUs.  - Should be well versed with the process of CIBIL and CERSAI etc. Having strong understanding of Companies Act, Contract act, FEMA, SEBI, RBI, Arbitration  - Should be aware of the litigation and recovery proceedings including 138 matter and SARFEASI matter, Bankruptcy Code, etc.  - Strong problem solving and decision making  - Strong appreciation of technology and impact  - Motivated and self-driven to work in fast-paced environments  Qualification/background :  - LLB + CS preferred  - 4-10 years of experience in NBFC/ Bank in the area of conveyancing/drafting of various types of lending agreements, documents, MOUs, title deeds etc.
