What you'll do: - Responsible for managing end to end movement of Seller NPS&nbsp; &nbsp;- Act as the key custodian of sellers on the Platform&nbsp; - Understand and draw insights to define seller pain points&nbsp; - Build a plan/ initiatives to provide a smooth and reliable seller experience&nbsp; - Work across the org with domain owners both product/tech and business to accomplish better seller experience What you'll need: - PGDM/MBA degree from Top 10 B School&nbsp; - 8+ years of experience across industry sectors&nbsp; &nbsp;- Structured Problem solving&nbsp; - Diverse stakeholder management&nbsp; - Strong analytical skills&nbsp; - Ability to manage complex environment&nbsp; - Good Understanding of Flipkart Ecosystem
