Develop plan to evangelize the mobile platform among app developers and ad agencies. - Develop and refine the overall B2C marketing and communications strategy, addressing cross-channel communications, content, and segmentation. Work cross-functionally to articulate and develop new advertising opportunities that meet the needs of buyers and demand sources. - Communicate effectively internally to align resources (product, engineering, business operations etc.) to help meet and exceed advertisers- needs - Entrepreneurial, self-motivating attitude and ability to lead a team positively - Understand emerging trends and prepare the organization to build needed capabilities to ensure future readiness. - Provide direction to your team and align the activities with the marketing, business needs and communications strategies, ensuring performance outcomes are met. Additional Qualifications - 8+ years of total experience required, with relevant experience in digital media sales planning & strategy.
