Job description : - Implement and coordinate food safety programs to reduce or eliminate illness and infections&nbsp;and ensure applicable compliance requirements - Drive and executes food safety and health strategic plan and initiative programs - Maintains a progressive and effective food safety management system across the business - Responsible for compliance on Food Safety maintain a comprehensive Food Safety program. - Evaluates and resolves urgent issues with regulatory agencies, internal &amp; external audits,customers and clients identified - Formulate various food safety training programs such as sanitation, storage, rinsing of food &amp;cross contamination and food Handling to create food safety culture and awareness - Conduct and participate in food safety internal &amp; external Food Safety Audits. - Establishes Hazard analysis and critical control points (HACCP), legal compliance, - Responsible to liaise with government / regulatory/private organizations. - Ensure legal requirements on product handing, like FIFO and product labeling is followed&nbsp;across business. - Promotes and supports food safety company policies, procedures, mission, values, and&nbsp;standards of ethics and integrity Job Skills &amp; Abilities : - Comprehensive knowledge and understanding on FSSAI regulatory requirements and ISO&nbsp;22000 food safety management system - Drive food safety with autonomous approach with sound decision making skills - Strong stakeholder influencing skill - Excellent presentation &amp; Training skills required - Good Computer knowledge and efficiency Education and/or Experience : - Engineering Graduate / Post Graduate degree from reputed institution in Food safety or&nbsp;equivalent. - Minimum 10+ years of experience in food industry
