Role : Associate Director - Control Tower (Grocery)

Assure Streamlined Operations :

- Hawk's eye on end to end operations through continuous dashboard monitoring

- Drive reviews to speed on major L0/Functional metrics causals & resolution

- Program manage with the cross functional focus groups to proactively resolve major issues

- Anchor Event Readiness across supply chain, tech/product, Planning and Cx functions

- Identify Design Gaps & getting it corrected for execution

Accelerate Service Recovery :

- 24x7 management of Ops, tech, external and force majeure disruptions

- Steering cross asset decision making with a - Customer centric- approach

- Own and improve all playbooks for service recovery

- Enable effective & timely customer communication

Productize CT Operations :

- Automate the CT process / metrics

- Utilize predictive analytics & forward looking insights for assurance of operations

- Ensure high SC visibility through innovative data extraction

Engage & Energize :
