Our vision is to be $20 billion Company by 2020.  Yes, we have great plans for the future, but we have come this far in a short span of 6 years, largely because we have stayed focused on hiring and retaining the best talent and offering our employees great opportunities for learning, skill development and growth.   Job Description:  - Setting up Content Management Operations, Team and SOPs for FK Marketplace  - Designing content strategy for marketplace seller community - online and offline  - Building seller content portal to manage various aspects of the business life-cycle  - Strategic content management for building seller capability for e-commerce platform  - Designing communication framework for various products, features, services rolled out from time to time for the seller community  - Partner with Product Marketing group to drive adoption of new services/ products, etc. among seller community  - Leverage both in-house or outsourced capability to drive results  - Manage vendors and freelance resources for delivery of services  - Establish a process to build budgets and manage costs for the function  - Work very closely with other functions within FK Marketplace to manage the flow of content from source to publication on an on-going basis  - Set up a process and team to moderate online seller community  - People management aspects – engagement, motivation, performance appraisal, etc.  Requisite Skills:  - Degree in English, Journalism or Visual Communication  - Proven, strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks at a time  - Strong technical skills and deep understanding of CMS systems  - Proven track record managing vendors and writers to produce quality content  - Knowledge of SEO fundamentals and social sharing characteristics  - Experience with content production at scale, managing priorities, workflows and editorial calendars  - Attention to detail with outstanding proof-reading, fact checking and editing skills  - At least 2 years’ experience at a leading online media company in a content manager or editorial project manager role  - Avid blogger
