New Product Launches: - Product Development &amp; Launch Network Management - Defining Product Requirements (Specs &amp; Target Costs that meet customer needs, competitive product popularity and affordable pricing) that the Sourcing Team would use for Product Development with Global Suppliers - Structuring the Annual product launch pipeline plans based on Sales AOPs, Category &amp; Customer needs and product trends - Collaborating with the Sourcing, Quality &amp; Finance teams to ensure timely Product development, Quality testing, Production and Logistics delivery to Flipkart Warehouses for new product launches. 2.
