Flipkart - Assistant Manager - Seller Marketing

About the role :

Assistant Manager, Seller Marketing will be responsible for driving content-led marketing campaigns for various products and services on the Flipkart Marketplace.

What you'll do :

- Responsible for creating and driving marketing campaigns for various product/service launches.

- Understanding the target audience (Flipkart Sellers) and taking complete ownership of seller communication through all channels.

- Constantly analyzing and improving the efficacy of different communication channels - Emails, Notifications, Properties on the dashboard and on the app, etc.

- Working closely with different stakeholders and product owners to receive and understand different business requests and building communication plans for the same.

- Managing and guiding a group of content writers and graphic designers to build creative campaigns to meet various business objectives.

- Managing a telecalling team of 22 agents, which includes passing on the requirements to them, giving them briefs on the calling, analyzing the connect and interest rate and formulating ways to improve the efficiency.

- Collaborating with stakeholders across different teams to understand larger business goals and strategizing to contribute to those goals through marketing channels.

- Understanding the brand tone and positioning and ensuring that the tone is being maintained throughout.

What you'll need :

- 3+ years of experience in managing content driven marketing programs.

- Ability to plan strategically, but stay on top of tactical execution.

- Understanding of identifying cohorts and segments to create relevant value propositions across event themes.

- Experience in managing internal and external stakeholders..
