Would be working with Campus CoE & Should be able to take Campus Overall Charter/Strategy ahead specifically with Business Schools, both (National & International Academia).
- Should be aware of fresher talent community & should be able to relate to Flipkart competencies to specific institutions.
- Should have done campus recruitments or recruitments in the past. Role would typically be for someone getting at least 6 - 8 years of Hiring experience.
- Should get academic institutions intelligence to table (what are the best institutes/which institutions is good for what competencies)
- Should be strong at MI (Who are the other employers scouting for talent, how is there offer looking like)
- Should be a number person/HR data analytics
- Agility & Energy Key, should be prepared for ad-hoc travel as well
- Should have prior experience of managing team
- Should get execution & strategic thinking into the role
- Very Good Communication skills & should be able to take up meaningful conversations with stake owners
- Should be open to give presentations with academic institutions
- Excellent interpersonal skills critical to role J) Should be a critical thinker and should be able to take unplanned tasks
