Assistant Manager-Learning & Development (Leadership Development, Competency Mapping, Psychometric Test)
Key Responsibilities :
- Strong knowledge and skills in developing Competency Profile, Competency mapping, and Success profiles.
- Coach and Mentor L&D team of L&D Coordinators and Trainers.
- Own the End - End execution of all L&D Programs. Network and Propagate Learning in the Organization.
- Working with business leaders and managers to identify training needs and trends within the business.
- Mentoring program, classroom training, 1-2-1 sessions, action learning & e-learning.
- Design and development of the Manager and Leadership Development Program.
- Delivering these blended solutions and training sessions to your delegates, mostly at management level.
- Independently develop story board, instructional design and develop e-learning modules.
- Develop end to end elearnings with various authoring tools.
- Develop mobile learning modules for employees.
- Designing, both in-house and with expert third parties, a solution which includes a blended approach to learning such as
Required Experience And Education :
- MBA in Human Resources from TISS, XLRI Jamshedpur, MDI, Symbiosis Pune, with 2+ years of L&D Experience.
Or
- Bachelors in Computer Application, Computer Science with at least 5 years of relevant work experience.
Or
- Master's degree in Computer Application, Computer Science with 4 years of work experience.
- Advanced Knowledge of MS Office including MS Excel, Access, Adobe, and PowerPoint.
- Advanced knowledge of Flash, Dreamweaver, Articulate, Captivate, Coral Draw, Photoshop, and Web designing tools.
- Basic knowledge of Java scripting, HTML, CSS and XML.
- Experience in the development and delivery of e-learning modules.
- Advanced knowledge of Multimedia Authoring tools, and Project Management tools.
- Knowledge of developing SCORM, AICC compliant e-learnings.
- Strong knowledge and skills in Macros, Advanced Excel, Automation, and VBA Scripting skills will be a plus.
- Strong knowledge and skills Simulation, Gamification and Technology based learning.
