Role Definition
You will be responsible for managing the crux of business and will be in power of influencing decisions that will have an impact of the highest order. Key parts of the role will include -
Planning :
- Complete ownership of market place portfolio planning and forecasting
- Providing right inputs for sustaining model's sales performance - Analysing and understanding the dynamics of each brand and model and identifying potential areas basis the same
- Timely tracking and analysis of category monthly plan to ensure 100% target achievement
Analytics:
- Handling entire GTM analytics end to end- from identifying potential marketing areas to tracking performance and taking actions basis the same
Forecasting :
- Assisting in solving one of the most challenging problems of business: Forecasting.
- Responsible for analysing impact of marketing on sales (for event and BAU) and assisting in building a model to calculate impact
Skills required:
- Knack for data analysis and solid foundation in excel workbook
- Knowledge of R/ Basic SQL and experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics/ Abobe discover or omniture)
- Eye for details and rigor for learning
- Proactive and self-motivated
- High Bias for action and perseverance
