- Provides guidance to daily operations activities to ensure, a high degree of coordination and cooperation between different functions.
- Provide leadership to achieve company profit objectives and customer service goals by optimizing fulfillment operations' productivity/throughput levels, and work scheduling and processing.
- Support the Wave Planning, Slotting, Advance Receiving Office, and Putaway/Replenishment Teams.
- Continually analyze work flow to identify optimization opportunities and implement process improvements.
- Support metrics and maintain procedures to ensure customer service satisfaction levels are attained, while fostering a work culture that is successful and committed to superior customer service.
- Analysis of activities, operations, and forecast data to determine building progress toward stated goals and objectives and provide recommendations.
