We have marquee relationships: co-branding with the NSE for 3 certifications and a unique, first-time Content Partnership with Infosys- Finacle - the core banking platform used by over 140 banks across 73 countries and have crossed 25,000 learners.  The Role:  You will work (2-3 months) in critical functions of the company, understanding the business; and then take responsibility for Online Sales & Marketing.  Your role entails:  - Online sales: Responsible for revenue targets, via Search Engine marketing, Display, Remarketing, Affiliates, Social media ads to generate leads. Driving RoI on each of these  - Maintaining and optimizing (SEO) the FLIP website, to generate high quality traffic.  - Create and own the overall digital marketing strategy and execution. Regularly analyse and present performance updates to the management. Target to achieve expected revenue growth in the segment over the period.  - Managing the organic growth for FLIP's social media platforms like Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Blogs etc. in line with the annual digital marketing plan.  Required Profile:  An MBA from a premier institute, with minimum 3 years- experience, with at least one year in online sales. You also need:  - A keen interest in startup environment & education  - Energetic and target driven.  Remember: FLIP is a startup.
