Job Location: Mysore

FLIP's HQ is in the beautiful, low cost city of Mysore, recently voted the cleanest city in India. We are from across India, speak 10 languages, and work in a fun, multi-cultural environment! YOUR ROLE:

You're bored with the daily corporate grind. You- d like to take complete ownership, manage a team and see your ideas get implemented. This is your chance!

Key Responsibility Areas:

The main goal is to achieve revenue targets; ensuring plans for current and long term growth.

- Achieve target conversion of B2C leads, using effective processes & a well-trained BD team.

- Revenues from end to end ownership of events such as The FLIP National Challenge (https://www.learnwithflip.com/flipchallenge2016/)

- Implement initiatives to drive revenues - such as B2B2C, organic digital presence (e.g. forums, newsletters, blogs), new channels - both offline and online.

- Motivate, mentor and groom team of BD executives & counselors

As a Manager in FLIP, you will also contribute to overall growth of FLIP as part of the Managers- Council.

WHO YOU ARE:

- An MBA, with consistently good academics

- 3-5 years- of proven successful sales experience, post MBA

- Intelligent, with proven track record of taking responsibility.

- Comfort with, or a willingness to learn about Banking & Finance
