We- ve pioneered the e.learning model in this space; as a young company, we- ve created India's only private, industry endorsed certification brand in BFS. We have marquee relationships: co-branding with the NSE; an Education Partnership with Infosys- Finacle - the core banking platform used by 140 banks across 73 countries. We- ve crossed ~ 25000 young professional users - in 4.5 years.

Your Role:

You will own the P&L for the online B2C vertical. This covers, for India and beyond:

- Online sales: Achieve revenue targets, via Search Engine marketing, Display, Remarketing, Affiliates, Social media ads to generate leads. Driving RoI on each of these

- Maintaining and optimizing (SEO) the FLIP website, to generate high quality traffic.

- Create and own the overall digital marketing strategy and execution. Target to achieve expected revenue growth in the segment over the period.

- Managing the organic growth for FLIP's social media platforms like Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Blogs etc. in line with the annual digital marketing plan.

- You will be responsible for both revenues and direct expenses, for your vertical; and work to grow it, from a small base. As the business grows, so will your income, responsibilities, team size. It's a tremendous learning opportunity, to build your own business.

- You can reinvest part of your gross profits, into expanding your team, thereafter. You- ll report to the CEO.

- You will initially be based out of Mysore; a final (after 3- 6 months) location can be either Mumbai or Mysore. In ~ 18 months, a Delhi branch is planned.

WHO YOU ARE:

A start-up is both difficult and exhilarating! FLIP's broken barriers and built a great reputation. Still, the model is new in India and needs persistence, belief, energy and a long term (3-5 year) view. Apart from these, you- ll need:

- High intelligence, with creativity in thought

- Hunger to achieve - persistent, don't give up easily.

- A minimum of 5 years- experience, post MBA, with min 2 yrs in digital marketing
