You will understand the needs and manage innovative sourcing strategies, to ensure success.  - Onboarding & Training: Manage the onboarding process and training of new joinees, to ensure that they settle in their roles asap and start delivering.  - Employee Motivation & Engagement: Ensure high employee motivation and engagement levels.  - Performance Appraisal : Manage the performance appraisal process of the entire company.  You- ll enjoy responsibility and freedom, to design and implement best HR practices in the organization - and be a critical contributor to FLIP's growth.  WHO YOU ARE:  - An MBA, with 3 - 6 years of relevant experience; with proven success in recruitment management.  - Bright, innovative, self-driven with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.   - Minimum 60% in 10th, 12th, Graduation and MBA with excellent Extra-curricular activities.  - Interested in working for a start-up; get your hands dirty, slog, take initiative and responsibility.  - Ready to relocate to Mysore.
