Our courses have won a global award; the passion to teach is what makes us special; we need YOU to translate this, into the BEST eLearning medium.

What's the Job-

ELearning Development is the core of our business. We have an in-house production team, which focusses on (a) building new programs for our product library (b) customizing for large clients.

We are extremely strong on content; we wish to build as strong a reputation, for our eLearning design; explore M learning and other innovations. Our domain in Banking & Finance. Our methodology is unique: we use a team of finance students, to build the eLearning.

Your KRAs:

- Understand the context of each course - the audience, specific design needs, and timelines.

- Guide the team through storyboarding, design and development

- Maintain quality, cost and timeline metrics.

- Train the team constantly, to ensure best practices of design and development

- Ongoing focus to research and innovate - with focus on rapid authoring.

Who are you:

The following attributes are critical:

- Successful experience in eLearning design and development (2-5 years)

- Extensive comfort in at least one rapid authoring tool - ideally Articulate Storyline

- Experience in use of audio and video editing tools

- Weightage will also be given to team leadership experience and academics
