About the founder
Flexing It- has been founded by Chandrika Pasricha, who has over 17 years of consulting experience, the bulk of it with McKinsey & Co. Over the past few years, she has operated more independently, consulting with leading organisations in the Healthcare and Development domains.

Who are we looking for-
We are seeking a Marketing Guru to join our team in Delhi to drive all our marketing activities, online and offline. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated, entrepreneurial team player with a deep desire to work in a global start-up with high potential. This person will be responsible for developing and executing the overall marketing strategy for Flexing ItTM across geographies, including managing budgets.
Some of the qualities we would look for are:
- Self-starter and entrepreneurial spirit
- Solid analytical and problem solving skills
- 2-5 years of demonstrated excellence as a digital marketer
- Sound understanding of marketing strategies across all major digital media channels
- Proven capability of driving customer acquisition and loyalty through digital marketing in an online environment
- Hands-on expertise in paid/organic traffic sources including Adwords, SEM, Social/Other paid media
- Proven ability to gather, analyze and derive actionable insights from various data sources
- Must be aware of latest trends in digital media
- Personal and professional integrity
Key responsibilities
The specific responsibilities will include the following:
- Devising and implementing a robust marketing plan to support our growth objectives across geographies
- Working with the product and technology teams to drive brand awareness and traffic, by spearheading various campaigns often linked to new product features
- Leveraging high-quality analytics to understand user behaviour and to identify ways to enhance the platform's competitiveness
- Developing strategies for SEM/SEO, Affiliate Marketing, E-mail Marketing, Customer Acquisition and Retention, Social Engagement on both sides ie. with companies and with professionals
- Partnering with complementary businesses to reach the target audience
- Overseeing and planning the social media strategy for the company
- Managing and establishing best practice processes for digital and social media presence
- Collaborating with business development and product teams to improve the usability, design, content and conversion of the company website
- Owning the planning and budgetary control of all marketing operations
- Owning the content strategy including developing and designing the content for blogs, newsletters, mailers, etc.
- Managing and coordinating with PR firms, media, writers and formulating an external communications strategy
