Job Description - To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add Strategy Analyst/ Assistant Manager - Corporate Strategy located in Chennai/ Pune Roles & Responsibilities - Strategy Analyst (SA) within India Corporate Strategy (CS) team, you will work in a growing global team, providing industry/functional expertise and insights, working together with Flex CS leadership and internal stakeholders to deliver customized knowledge assets and expert advisory. - In addition, you will support with guidance from senior colleagues, your topic/sector in developing intellectual property & knowledge assets and managing content on internal CS initiatives, ensuring availability of latest, high-quality content. You will also support go-to-market efforts of the core business, as opportunities arise, contributing research and analysis to create impact. In addition, you will support with guidance from senior colleagues, your topic/sector in developing intellectual property & knowledge assets and managing content on internal CS initiatives, ensuring availability of latest, high-quality content - Work closely with internal CS teams on key initiatives/deliverables and Business Unit (BU) leaders to deliver original analysis and insights, and at times may need to provide broader support to CSO office - Provide analytical services (e.g., benchmarking, primary market sizing, usage of proprietary tools) - Support India CS leadership on proposals, lead preparation and other marketing activities - Provide customized knowledge for dedicated staffing/project work, prepares accurate, well-developed client-ready deliverables - Assist BU heads and global stakeholders/teams in navigating our CS related work by connecting them with materials and people - Contributes to content development around topic/sector for key internal deliverables (Market Factbook, Competitive Intelligence, News updates), meetings & trainings - Team-up and collaborate with the global teams/cross functional stakeholders to support the worldwide strategy related agenda Key Skills - Working collaboratively and effectively in a group dynamic often virtual, proficient in agile ways of working - Communicating with senior stakeholders, being credible and proactive - Framing, structuring, and sharing insights, with the ability to write clearly and concisely - Working creatively and analytically in a time-limited, problem-solving environment - Flexibility and bring a curious and creative mindset, open for new things and able to propose innovative ideas - Ability to navigate complexity and ambiguity - Interacting with internal and external stakeholders while working in a global collaborative team environment Experience & Qualifications - 1-2 years (5-7 years for AM/Manager) of relevant work experience required (consulting/strategy) - Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred - Ability to build & maintain a strong network - Ability to provide analytical insights - Proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel - Ability to operate effectively in a fast paced, cross functional, global organization - Strong interpersonal skills, collaborative, team player - Fluency in English
