Manager Business Development (Freshers from IIM/NMIMS/MDI/SPJain/IMT/FMS/XIMB/JLBIMS/XLRI/NITIE/IIFT) 

The Opening is for Flemingo Duty Free Shops PVT LTD.

The applicant must have:

- A Full-time MBA degree from IIM/NMIMS/MDI/SPJain/IMT/FMS/XIMB/JLBIMS/XLRI/NITIE/IIFT

- 0-1 years working experience in Business Development/Presales.

Key Job Accountabilities:

- Working on Retail tenders/RFPs for Duty Free and Duty Paid Business.

- Responsible for leasing of retail spaces at Indian Airports.

- Meeting the brand heads and discussing the upcoming opportunities at airports.

- Preparing pitch presentations, space layouts and negotiating with retail brands.

- Resolve retailers queries, evaluate lease offers, negotiate terms & rentals and close lease deals through strong retailer relationships and good negotiations skills.

- Lease Administration & Documentation: In coordination with Legal team, actively work with brands on negotiation of the agreement and ensure timely closure of the same.

- Single Point of Contact for all coordination between the Airport team, Airport Authority, Projects team, internal teams and the brand.

- Working with brands on timely closure of outstanding payments.

- Store Design: Understanding of Retailing presentation Issues: Lighting, Fixturing, Windows & Display, Signage, Merchandising requirements & solutions, Storefronts trends, Fit-out guidelines, Tenant Co-ordination

- Relationship management with retailers, leasing consultants and Airport Authority

Educational Qualifications

- Minimum a MBA in Marketing / Business.

- A business financial background is preferred.

- Eye for details and patience working on agreements

- Expertise in MS word, MS Powerpoint and MS Excel

- Strong Presentation and negotiation Skills, high energy

- Excellent Verbal & written English communication skills
