Flemingo Duty Free Shops - Assistant Manager - Accounts & Finance

Key Responsibilities :

- Preparing the consolidated Accounts under IFRS/US GAAP and submission to management on monthly basis.

- Liaising with the subsidiaries/ overseas regions for the monthly/ quarterly/annual financials.

- Review the financials submitted by region for appropriateness of accounting & disclosures.

- Support the regions to ensure compliance with IFRS/US GAAP for accounting related matters

- Preparing the notes to accounts and cash flow to the statutory financials as required

- Getting the Quarterly reviews and annual audit completed by the statutory auditors with the stipulated timeline

- Preparing Consolidated analytical review on a monthly basis for the performance by comparison with budget and previous year comparison

- Ensuring internal controls are complied with and reporting deviations to management
