Responsibilities:
- Write and post job descriptions, Source potential candidates
- Parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen resumes Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants abilities
- Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments and behavioral questions)
- Coordinate with team leaders to forecast department goals and hiring needs
- Craft and send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates
- On-board new hires
- Keep up-to-date with new technological trends and products
Requirements:
- 3-5 Years of experience in Talent Acquisition
- Proven work experience as a Tech Recruiter
- Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g. phone/ Skype/ Google meets etc)
- Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements
- Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in formulating salary annexures
- Experience in handling budget for the assigned positions
- Preference will be given to candidates from telematics industry
