Strategic Account Manager
Candidate requirement :
- Commercial Vehicles customer facing is a must
- Key Accounts ( KAM) , Large Fleet Accounts handling for 2 or more years
- Excellent Verbal & Written Communication.
- Has done Self Sourcing of Large leads & ability to close them
- Good Financial & Analytical Skills
Job Description :
- Meeting Key Account customers / stakeholders of the defined area
- Creating a new pipeline of customers through references, cold calling etc.
- Negotiating & closing the deals with customers
- Organising & providing support for marketing activities in area
-Mandatory following of the CRM process ( LS) of organisation
- PO creation and follow up with Sales Excellence team for execution
- Follow up with Operations team for Installations
- Ensuring timely Execution of PO .
- Smooth handover of Client from Sales to CS
- Timely Business reporting to Managers
