Fleetx - Manager - Operations

Responsibilities:

- Formulate operations strategy and lead the team to drive overall operations PAN India

- Implement efficient processes and standards

- Ensure PAN India availability of technicians and improve technician utilization

- Hire and maintain the manpower & Inventory at multiple locations

- Daily review of the performance of all locations and resolution of identified problems

- Risk evaluation of the tasks and ensure mitigation steps to minimize risks

- Optimization of the available resources to reduce wastages

- Managing and handling the client escalations

- Coordinate with Key Account Managers and find ways to ensure customer satisfaction

- Ensuring smooth customer onboarding on our platform

- Work with the technology and sales team to build and implement tools for better operations productivity and result

- Manage contracts and relations with customers, vendors, partners, and other stakeholders

- Setting and reviewing quality performance standards

- Oversee expenses and budgeting to help the organization optimize costs and benefits

- Mentor and motivate teams to achieve productivity and engagement

- Report on operational performance and suggest improvements to senior management

- Organizing timely training sessions for ground-level technicians and in house operations team to identify the challenges to find out the best solutions and improve the overall utilization

- Identifying new and efficient ways for improving inventory availability and reducing the cost of operations

Desired Skills & Experience:

- Graduation required B Tech holder will get preference

- Proven experience of 5-6yrs in operations management

- Proficient in manpower and resource management

- Experience with implementing IT systems

- Knowledge of data analytics and reporting

- Good with numbers and financial planning

- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills

- Excellent organizational and leadership ability

- Analytical mind

- Problem-solving aptitude

- Should be willing to travel if required
