Description: - As Head of Strategic Alliance &amp; Partnership, We are looking for a young and energetic person who can establish C-Level relationships with prospective partners and drive all stages of the partner life cycle. Someone who will be responsible for building value for the company through mutually beneficial partnerships. Dynamic and outgoing person with ability to network and build strong business relationships. - This is a partner-facing role requiring excellent written and verbal communication skills. You would need to work with multiple teams internally to ensure smooth on-boarding and continued success for the partner while using Fleetx's products. Responsibilities: - Build and Lead the team by providing strategy and direction for Alliances &amp; Partnerships that would grow Fleetx's business - Identify, forster and negotiate new relationships for Fleetx that will bring more commercial vehicles, revenue, profitability, customer experience, technology enablement etc. - Develop a deep understanding of value creation from an alliance. Critically analyse go / no-go decision for an alliance - Manage end to end partner relationship - conversation, negotiation, contracting and execution - Drive business relationships with a top alliance partner and related product offering areas. - Deepen relationships with partners by looking at opportunities for upselling/ cross selling etc Desired Skills &amp; Experience: - MBA / Engineering from a top tier college - 2 to 5 years experience in Managing &amp; Strategizing Alliances/partnerships - Strong experience in envisioning, collaborating with third parties and creating deep relationships, products &amp; possibilities - Expertise in complex problem solving - Proven expertise around consumer insights and market intelligence. - Strong verbal and written communications skills are a must, as well as the ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations
