We are looking for "Manager - Fleet Operations" for a leading shared taxi service company.

Location: Bangalore / Delhi / Mumbai

Job Title: Manager - Fleet Operations

Role Description:

- Manage complete travel experience for customers

- Manage relations with cab drivers and taxi companies to ensure on time car availability

- Manage internal processes such as pooling of customers, starting routes, payment collections

- Help include suitable features for faster & better operations performance

- Lead and drive metrics to ensure team performance as per plan

- Coach and train cab drivers and taxi companies as per company policies

- Ensure high customer service ratio by reducing cab service failure rates

Required qualifications:

- Graduate

- Minimum 3 years experience

- Mumbai based

- Previous experience in radio taxi / fleet taxi companies

Future path: We see this role transitioning into Chief / GM – operations in 2-3 years time

Work days: Monday - Saturday
