As Flash.co continues to grow, we are seeking a seasoned HR Manager to drive strategic HR initiatives for our team based in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have a proactive mindset, a flair for pioneering futuristic people initiatives and a proven track record of building top-tier, high-performing teams.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement a cohesive talent strategy to build a tech-first organization.

- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes and implement retention strategies for top talent.

- Serve as a culture champion to foster an innovative and fun work culture through team-building activities and recognition programs.

- Act as a trusted advisor, handling grievances and employee concerns with fairness and empathy.

- Design and implement performance systems, with focus on impact and growth through regular feedback.

- Act as a bridge between management and employees to ensure systematic flow of information.

- Execute all day-to-day HR operational processes such as onboarding, payroll, compliance, benefits, etc.

- Stay atop industry trends to build a high-performing workforce.

Qualifications:

- Proven track record of developing and executing successful HR strategies in high scaling product-based startups.

- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.

- MBA in HR; from a well-ranked university.

- Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws.

- Strong people skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
