We're looking for somebody who will lead the social media content crew in Flam. You will help Flam build social media destinations that GenZ and millennials will love for the sheer content that is being served on an everyday basis. You will be a core part of the marketing team that aims at setting new and innovative benchmarks everyday.


You will be expected to contribute to all aspects of social media strategy, growth and creative output. It's your chance to understand, experience and be part of the metaverse revolution that's going to shape the way consumers and marketers create and consume content in the near future. You will get to closely work with product, tech and design crews which we believe is very important for each team member's understanding of the organizational goals and thereby ownership of his or her own role.

Eligibility - An individual with minimum 4+ years of professional social media management experience. Candidates who are willing to join as soon as possible will be given priority. You need to understand the Gen Z mindset, their life truths and all sorts of trends - offline and online that are relevant to them. Your knowledge and understanding on different elements of pop culture - tech, music, movies, art, fashion, social causes etc. will be a key differentiating factor and will help you stand out among others.

Your key task lists:

- Craft our social media strategy which will include building month on month content calendar, execution and deployment

- Evolve and optimize the look & feel and tone of voice of our social media channels to fit our brand positioning and narrative

- Translate current social media trends into content for all of our social channels Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Youtube, short format video platforms etc.

- You grow the awareness for our platforms and drive engagement for our brand by using influencers, partnerships and executing UGC driven campaigns

- Set the right goals and messaging for our social channels and campaigns, define and measure KPIs, report and optimize on them

- Keep an eye on new and rising social media channels, analyze the brand fit and run first tests

- Lead our social media team to further develop, plan and coordinate social media activities, including community management and customer support

- Amplify campaigns into our social media presence

- Plan, manage and execute within project budgets, manage contracts and POs

- Continually pushing creative benchmarks and promoting new ideas in the team.

- Lead overall social media content marketing strategy for the brand including marketing approach, target audience, positioning, and building, development, execution of our marketing campaigns

lead brand association campaigns on social media channels - insight building, ideation, execution

- ORM - You work closely with CRM team and make sure that the brand tonality and language is maintained across channels while responding to community member comments

- Work together with Brand, B2B and Performance marketing as well as other departments and partners if and when required

- Social media analytics - Measuring and tracking impact of all social campaigns across platforms along with hands on experience of analytical and listening tools

- Relevant experience in social media on the agency or corporate side and a record of executing social media strategies

- Excellent communication skills to engage with internal and external stakeholders (paid marketing, design, campaigns, sales, growth, content)

- A business-oriented mindset to make sure our KPIs are aligned with our business goal. Measure and track continuously

- Proactive, solution-driven, and team-oriented person

- You are familiar with agile organisations and excellent at leading cross-functional projects and partners

- Experience in project management

- Sensitivity for social media trends

- You are an analytical thinker with the desire to serve in both strategy and execution roles

- You have knowledge and experience in creative execution together with creative agencies

- As a person you are ambitious yet unpretentious with a "can do mentality"
