- Guide Vertical Leaders in recruiting across all levels
- Administer employee compensation, training and benefit programs
- Act as liaison between employee and management to answer questions or concerns regarding company policies, practices and regulations.
- Help transition internal startup teams (product teams) transition roles and responsibilities of product lines to the business team after successful pilots
- Develop capability building platform across core verticals of sales, operations and marketing to leverage lean organisation and agile GTM strategies
- Formulate and implement Rewards and Recognition programs across business verticals
- Lead the implementation of internship program across geographies and verticals
