Experience : Relevant Work experience of 3-6 years in INR Fixed Income trading in decent size

Location : Mumbai

- This role is in the Fixed Income - Treasury desk and is a complete proprietary trading setup with no client business.

- The role would require end to end execution skills from ideation, trade execution & management etc

Role requirement :

- Ability to generate alpha using proprietary trading strategies.

- Strong risk adjusted returns track record with ownership of the P&L.

- Knowledge of G-Sec, OIS and IRF markets in India.

- Aggressive and passionate towards trading.

- Strong analytical skill set with sound knowledge of how INR fixed income market operates fundamentally.

- Willingness to learn and to contribute to team meetings and sharing ideas after doing research with data.

- Coordination with mid-office and other teams in context of the trade.

- Ability to make probabilistic decisions during times of incomplete information.
