Position : Fixed Income Trader

Location : Mumbai

Experience : 4-6 years experience in Fixed Income Trading

Education : Graduate/ MBA/Equivalent

Responsibilities :

- Execute trades for fixed income securities such as bonds, treasuries, and derivatives.

- Analyze market trends, economic data, and company financials to make informed trading decisions.

- Develop and implement trading strategies based on market conditions and investment objectives.

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders including Portfolio Managers, Research Analysts, and Sales teams to ensure a cohesive approach to trading activities.

- Manage risk by monitoring and assessing portfolio exposures, setting stop-loss levels, and implementing hedging strategies.

- Build and maintain relationships with counterparty dealers and brokers to facilitate trading activities.

- Communicate market insights and trade ideas to internal stakeholders.

- Keep up-to-date with relevant industry developments and trends.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's/MBA or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.

- 4-6 years of experience in Fixed Income Trading.

- Strong understanding of fixed income markets, products, and trading strategies.

- Demonstrated ability to execute trades effectively and manage risk.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Relevant industry certifications (e.g. CFA, FRM) preferred.

- Experience working with Bloomberg and other trading platforms.
