Fixed Income Quant Analyst - Investment Bank

We have the opening with one of the leading investment Bank for "Fixed Income Quant analyst" role in Bangalore location.

Experience Required : 2+ Years

Role Purpose :

Applying mathematical techniques and write software to develop, analyze, and implement statistical models for electronic trading strategies.

Specific responsibilities include :

- Programming and implementing the trading model

- Assist Testing and deployment of new trading strategies.

- Creating and testing a hypothesis for a given trading strategy;

- Improving the trading architecture

- Stress-testing the algo/model to gauge environments in which the strategy may fail to perform

Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications :

- Strong programming skills (C/C++/Java) required to developed the model related to pricing and hedging

- Strong interest in efficient design of algorithms

- Proficiency with the numerical and statistical tools needed to develop robust signals from market data

- Excellent communication and problem solving skills

- Strong technical skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with very strong analytical skills.

- Motivated and a quick learner

- Attention to detail and ability to ensure that information is captured in a timely manner
