Fitout Manager - Non Aero commercial

Roles & Responsibilities:

- KPI Monitoring: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related Fitouts for retail and F&B outlets.

- Manage and monitoring the complete life cycle of design for various projects from Inception (Concept) to design development to Construction at site as-built documentation.

- Provide regular inputs to weekly Project Progress for status of design development across all fitout verticals and provide mitigation strategy for all risks pertaining to design and execution on site. Raise flags in case of delays and prepare root cause doc for delays.

- Manage all Design consultants like Architects / Interior Designers, MEP Consultants, Surveyors, Sustainability Consultants to deliver as per their agreed scope of services and works. Manage approvals.

- Manage and coordinate with Brand's, architect, design consultants for drawings, approvals including MEP services for design development, approval, Surveying, Site & Design Validation and agreement on leased area.

- Manage Design development for all store projects within agreed timelines.

- Participate and contribute to Value engineering workshops / sessions for various projects with a view to decrease cost of project for same function or increased function for same cost

- Keeping a tab on finishes and quality, all sample boards, color schemes, control samples etc as and when required.

- Responsible for contributing to Quality Management system of all projects through site validation, quality audits, inspections, Mockups etc

- Facilitate sign off on all defect rectification in coordination with Project Management Team

- Communication: Manage both internal and external communication related to Fitouts. Foster transparent communication on progress, achievements, and challenges.

Relevant Experience:

- Proven experience in Fitouts and Retail and F&B Projects.

- In-depth Architectural and Interior knowledge of fabrication, finishes, quality control and crisis management.

- Familiarity with Brands pertaining to Retail and F&B trends, materials, construction on site etc.

- This role requires a dynamic individual who can collaborate across various aspects of getting commercial spaces to go live and operational.

- Minimum 5 years of experience of working in a Architectural Firm/ Design Firm/ Retail/ Fitouts/ Corporate/Airport Sector which involved dealing with Architectural design and construction.
