Job Responsibilities:

- Responsible for the entire gamut of lead management, sales and business development for the region. You'll own your budget and targets for new and repeat business.

- Personally contact and secure new business accounts/orders through a relationship-based approach. Active account management to ensure client retention and referal led growth.

- Co-ordination with operations team for smooth on-boarding and transition.

- Courageous, competitive and hungry folks who like to go out, meet people & are able to strike conversations easily with the front office all the way to CEO.

- Confidence, diligence and the ability to persevere
