Fitkids - Associate - Financial Planning & Analysis

Responsibilities :

1. Provide data driven analysis and insights to various departments within the organisation

2. Own monthly cash flow planning and variance tracking

3. Build a robust system of information capture

4. Own weekly dashboards for all departments

5. Own monthly MIS for all departments

6. Act as single point of contact within the organisation for data and information

Desired Candidate Profile :

1. Strong fundamentals in finance

2. High attention to detail

3. Prior work experience in Financial Planning and Analysis is a big plus

4. Able to work independently, in a fast-paced environment

5. Ability to multi task, without compromising quality of work

Qualifications :

1. MBA Finance (Tier 1 or Tier 2 colleges)/ CA / Masters in Finance

2. 2 to 4 years of experience
